Technical experience in understanding the NetSuite framework and requirements.
Experience in supporting and managing applications built in OOP language such as Java etc.
Experience in supporting API integrations with systems like Concur, Kyriba etc.
Knowledge of different file formats and structures like XML, JSON, CSV etc.
Working knowledge on SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteBundler, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder.
Strong communication skills and self-driven, should be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical parties.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and scrum process is a plus.""
Work on enhancement requests and production incidents.
Participate in problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations and performs troubleshooting as required.
Troubleshoot and debug applications and integrations, perform fixes as needed.
Evaluate existing applications to update and add recent features to meet business requirements.
Perform unit and integration testing before releasing a change to production."
