Role Objective

The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding Accordd Organics' global footprint. You will drive international revenue by identifying new markets, managing global distribution networks, and positioning our high-quality, sustainably produced chemicals to diverse industries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Market Expansion
- Identify and penetrate current international markets for Ethyl Acetate and Ethanol, focusing on regions with high industrial demand (Europe, SE Asia, Middle East, and Americas).




- Position Accordd Organics as a preferred global supplier by highlighting our status as the second-largest Indian producer and our commitment to sustainable chemical production.

- Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth

- Develop and execute export sales strategies to meet and exceed annual volume and revenue targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and international inquiries to price negotiation and contract closing.
- Analyze global market trends, competitor pricing, and demand-supply gaps in the chemical sector.

- Channel & Distributor Management

- Appoint, manage, and evaluate international agents and distributors to ensure widespread availability of our products.
- Provide technical and commercial support to global partners to ensure alignment with Accordd's quality standards.

- Export Operations & Compliance

- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless movement of liquid chemicals (ISO tanks/drums) adhering to international shipping standards.
- Ensure 100% compliance with export documentation, international trade laws, and chemical safety regulations (REACH, GHS, etc.).
- Oversee Letter of Credit (LC) processes and ensure timely realization of international payments.
