Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals with 38 years of relevant experience in Duck Creek Billing or Duck Creek Insights to join our team. Candidates should possess strong domain knowledge in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance sector and hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, integration, enhancement, and support activities within the Duck Creek ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

For Duck Creek Billing

- Configure, customize, and support Duck Creek Billing solutions based on business requirements.
- Analyze functional and technical specifications and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream insurance systems.
- Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and project managers.

For Duck Creek Insights

- Design, develop, and support Duck Creek Insights reporting and analytics solutions.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, data models, and KPIs for business users.
- Work on data extraction,



transformation, validation, and reporting requirements.
- Analyze insurance business data and provide actionable insights through reporting solutions.
- Support data integration activities and ensure data quality across reporting environments.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reporting and analytical requirements.

Required Skills

- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Duck Creek Billing or Duck Creek Insights.
- Experience in Duck Creek implementation, configuration, enhancement, or support projects.
- Solid understanding of P&C; Insurance processes and policy lifecycle.
- Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, system integration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Exposure to Duck Creek OnDemand implementations.
- Relevant Duck Creek certifications will be an added advantage.
