- 5 8 years in Identity & Access Management / IGA, with 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) implementation and development.
- Strong experience configuring ISC sources and connectors, identity profiles, transforms, and cloud rules.
- Proven expertise in provisioning, JML automation, access profiles, roles, certifications, and access-request workflows.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint REST APIs, event triggers, and workflow orchestration.
- Solid scripting ability (BeanShell, PowerShell, and one of Python / JavaScript) for rules, transforms, and automation.
- Working knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and Microsoft Entra ID.

- Experience with source control (Git) and structured SDLC / change-management practices.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and written / verbal communication skills, with the ability to work directly with US-based clients.

Responsibilities:-

- Lead the design, configuration, and development of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC / IdentityNow) solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.
- Onboard applications and authoritative sources; configure connectors (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Workday, ServiceNow, JDBC / databases, web services / REST, flat and troubleshoot aggregation and provisioning.
- Build and maintain identity profiles, transforms, cloud rules,



and lifecycle states to automate Joiner Mover Leaver (JML) processes.
- Configure access profiles, roles, and role models (including role mining), access-request and approval workflows, and separation-of-duties (SoD) policies.
- Design and run access certifications / reviews and support audit and compliance requirements.
- Develop integrations and automation using SailPoint REST APIs (v3 / Beta), event triggers, and workflows; extend functionality with scripting (BeanShell, PowerShell, Python / JavaScript).
- Deploy and manage Virtual Appliances (VAs) and source connectivity; diagnose and resolve connectivity, performance, and data-quality issues.
- Uphold engineering quality through code reviews, reusable components / accelerators, version control, and adherence to SDLC and change-management standards.
- Author and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs); lead knowledge-transfer and walkthrough sessions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to analysts and junior consultants, and contribute to estimation, solution design, and delivery planning.
- Participate in client-facing technical discussions with US stakeholders, translating requirements into robust identity solutions.
