We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management and excellent analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement in the revenue cycle.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
- Provide training and support to junior team members on revenue cycle processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with revenue cycle operations.
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and revenue cycle metrics.
