Requirements

Key Requirements:

6 8 years of overall ServiceNow experience
Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow ITOM experience
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSO Banking modules, including:

- Customer Service

- Case Management

- Loan Operations

- Account Operations

Strong technical expertise in:

- JavaScript

- Glide APIs

- Business Rules

- Workflows

- ServiceNow Integrations

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions

Good understanding of:

- Banking operations and processes

- Financial services regulations and compliance requirements

Robust communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Mandatory Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ( CSA )
Financial Services Operations ( FSO Banking Accreditation )





Education:

Minimum 15 years of full-time education
