Role & responsibilities

- Maintain etching tanks, pumps, heaters, pipelines, and filtration systems
- Monitor and maintain chemical circulation, temperature, concentration systems, strengthening furnaces, quench systems, conveyors, and control panels.
- Identify and rectify leaks, corrosion, and blockages Handle acids, alkalis, and IOX salts as per MSDS guidelines.
- Inspect heaters, thermocouples, blowers, and cooling systems. Assist in calibration of temperature and process parameters.
- Perform preventive maintenance and Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults breakdowns.
- Ensure machine safety, LOTO compliance, statutory checks and 5S practices.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, and other Cross functional teams to validate processes and implement engineering changes in terms of Kaizen, Cost Saving, Man power Optimization and Poka Yoke effectively. Support installation,



commissioning, and acceptance of recent equipment.
- Maintain spares inventory, Critical spare parts, maintenance logs, checklists, and SOPs.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for breakdowns using tools like 5-Why, FMEA, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics. Others please don't apply.
- 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in chemical etching & Chemical strengthening equipments.
- Robust expertise in maintenance of Chemical etching & Chemical strengthening equipments, Chemical handling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and willing to work in shifts
