Role & responsibilities

- Lead the development of innovative interior design concepts, layouts, space planning, and design solutions.
- Create and present design proposals, mood boards, presentations, and final design concepts to clients.
- Develop detailed drawings, visualizations, and project documentation using industrystandard design software.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion while meeting client expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to maintain high levels of creativity and performance.
- Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements,



and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards, regulations, and project requirements.

Key Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design is mandatory; Master's Degree will be an added advantage.

7-8 years of experience in commercial, retail Interior Design projects.

Excellent understanding of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and space planning.

Strong creative thinking, visualization, and conceptualization skills.

Experience in handling client interactions, presentations, and project coordination.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and meet project deadlines
