Post Position Title: Data Scientist

Location: Bangalore

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Computer Vision Engineer with experience in image processing, deep learning, 3D perception and software development to join our KinetiX team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building state-of-the-art inspection systems while contributing to the development of advanced computer vision algorithms for laser and camera-based accurate detection and measurement of train components at high speeds.

Responsibilities:

- Develop machine vision system with Python and Pytorch.
- Develop state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms, both traditional image processing and deep learning for accurate measurement and detection of train components using laser and camera-based systems.
- Optimize algorithms for real-time performance and high-speed processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers,



and domain experts to integrate computer vision solutions into our products.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in computer vision, deep learning, and image processing.
- Implement advanced AI annotation and active learning pipelines
- Develop and productionalize microservices using container orchestrators and Redis

Requirements:

- Master''s or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of work experience with experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning.
- Proficiency with microservices and strong skills in Python programming languages.
- Experience with software development tools and libraries such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Good understanding of deep learning techniques and algorithms.
- Experience with point cloud is positive to have
- Knowledge on MLOps and DevOps would be good to have.
- Knowledge on any cloud platform GCP/Azure/AWS would be preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
