- CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication standards)
- Conduct root cause analysis using:
- 5 Why
- Fishbone (Ishikawa)
- RCPS (Root Cause Problem Solving)
- Actively participate in shopfloor Meetings
- Level 0 / 1 / 2 reviews
- Identify process inefficiencies and:
- Deploy improvement projects
- Standardize best practices across lines / plants
- Track daily process performance against:
- Quality targets
- Production output
People & Capability Development
- Train operators and technicians on:
- System and standards
- Autonomous maintenance practices
- Coach teams on structured problem-solving
- Work closely with CFT
- Production
