Job Title : Deputy General Manager - Operations [ Circle Head ]

Exp : 14 to 16 years

Location : Anywhere Andhra Pradesh, Telangana , Tamil Nadu

Eligibility Criteria :

- Experience of handling large team

- Exposure of working across multiple locations

- Strong people management and leadership skills

- Ability to manage high volume operations and drive operational efficiency.

- Candidate from FMCG Industry will be preferred

- Must be willing to relocate anywhere in Andhra Pradesh , Telangana, Tamil Nadu as per company requirement .

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and handling complex operational challenges.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, HR, finance, and maintenance functions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing 12-15 stores operations.

- Responsible for handling four areas i.e People, Business, Process & Compliance.

- Data Analysis and identify areas of gaps and opportunities.

- Review manpower requirements in his circle and ensure the gaps to be filled with the discussion with HR.

- Conducting the Midterm review and Performance appraisal for the circle.

- Must ensure adherence to all set processes related to people, product and assets.





- Ensure Compliance requirements to be met in all stores and RO at his circle.

- Must have knowledge of related functions such as HR, Finance, Maintenance, etc.
