Key Responsibilities

- Drive life insurance sales through the assigned bank branches.
- Build robust relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and Bank Staff.
- Generate leads by engaging with walk-in and existing bank customers.
- Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable HDFC Life insurance products.
- Conduct customer meetings, sales presentations and policy closures.Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining high-quality customer service.
- Ensure timely documentation and adherence to IRDAI and company compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless policy issuance and customer support.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate candidates must have 6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales, Banking,



Insurance or BFSI.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Local candidates will be preferred.
- Min 6 months to 5 Years Experience in life insurance.
