Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing sales team in Tirupati. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in telecalling or telesales, and the ability to generate qualified leads by engaging with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Introduce Stayflexi's hospitality software solutions to hotels and accommodation businesses.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
- Strong communication skills in Telugu and English. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualification

- Any Graduate or Diploma.
- Candidates with experience in SaaS, Hospitality, B2B Sales, or Software Sales will be preferred.
