Telecalling Executive – Fabric Sales

Job Summary

Chandra Fashion is hiring a dynamic and target-driven Telecalling Executive to promote and sell fabric products over the phone. The role involves contacting garment manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and textile traders, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and converting them into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote and sell Lycra and other fabric products.
- Generate new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabric solutions.
- Follow up on quotations and inquiries until order confirmation.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales goals.
- Handle customer queries professionally.

Required Skills





- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Experience in the textile/fabric industry will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass
- Graduate preferred

Experience

- 1–3 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Fabric Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: 18,000 – 35,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
- Performance Incentives: Up to 1,50,000 per month (Based on sales performance)

Working Days

- Monday to Saturday
