Role Overview

The Specification Manager will be responsible for driving product specifications with architects, consultants, and key decision-makers to ensure DPI Daylighting products are specified in major projects across the Bengaluru region.



This role is critical in influencing design intent at the early stages of projects and supporting the sales pipeline through strong technical and relationship-driven engagement.

- Develop and manage specifications for DPI Daylighting products with architects, consultants, faade designers, and PMCs
- Build strong relationships with architectural and consultant firms in the South region
- Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and design workshops

Work closely with the sales and technical teams

Key Responsibilities:

- to convert specifications into secured orders
- Track upcoming projects and ensure DPI products are included in BOQs and tender documents
- Provide technical support during the design and pre-tender stages
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 6–10 years of experience in specification sales/management (building materials, faade systems, roofing, cladding, or related industries preferred)
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Proven experience working with architects, consultants, and developers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently
