Job Description:

Nageen Prakashan Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to independently handle the HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, statutory compliances, employee management, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire HR department and oversee all HR functions independently
- Handle payroll processing — salary structuring, disbursement, and related documentation
- Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other applicable regulations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Handle employee management — attendance, leave records,



grievance handling, and employee engagement
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and HR documentation
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes
- Handle exit formalities, F&F; settlements, and relieving processes
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees

Key Skills Required:

- Solid knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliances
- Hands-on experience with Payroll Management
- Excellent recruitment and talent acquisition skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS software
- Ability to work independently and manage HR operations end-to-end

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR) preferred
