Job Location: XL Plastics Machinery Pvt Ltd, R.S. No. 442-446 & 448-452, N.H. No. 8, Behind Galaxy Hotel, At & Po- Por, Vadodara 391243, Gujarat, India.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Send enquiry, get quotations, negotiation for best rates/services/delivery, make comparative statement and get approved from management.
- Vendor Development & Management
- Vendor Visits & Vendor Inspection
- Preparation of purchase order.
- Continuously coordinating with supplier to get on time delivery of material, which is shortage for completing target. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality.so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
- Follow up for manufacturing drawings as per plan and Study drawings received from design department & forward it for the manufacturing.




- Creating database for tracking performance for vendors to ensure flawless operations.
- Coordinating with Sales, QA, Store, Production, Finance & Dispatch Dept. to resolve the queries at any stage related with purchased materials.
- Prepare MIS report and send to management regularly.
- Good Knowledge in Tally Software

Qualifications and Skills

- B.com / M.com /BBA / Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Material Management
- Working knowledge of Tally and ERP
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced workplace
- Excellent team development
- Good Knowledge in Tally Software
- preferred Good Experience in Machine Manufacturing / Engineering / Manufacturing company.
