Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee factory HR operations, including employee relations, grievance handling, and payroll processing.
- Develop and implement effective retention strategies to reduce turnover rates among blue collar employees.
- Collaborate with plant HR teams to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives across multiple locations.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in labor productivity and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in factory HR operations or related field (Blue Collar Hiring).
- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or relevant discipline.
- Proven track record of success in managing contract labour forces effectively.
- Robust understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations governing industrial relations.
