ROLE PURPOSE

The Vice President Sales & Marketing will be responsible for designing and executing the company’s growth agenda

across domestic markets, new customer segments within the domestic market, emerging applications, distribution

channels, and demand-generation platforms. The mandate extends significantly beyond traditional sales leadership.

The VP – Sales & Marketing will act as the principal commercial leader responsible for accelerating revenue growth,

strengthening market presence, building scalable channels, enhancing customer engagement, and helping the

organisation transition from a manufacturing-led business to a market-led enterprise. The successful candidate will bring

strong and deep experience in building distribution systems for servicing traditional trade and contemporary trade, creating

best in class sales and marketing practices, customer-centric thinking, channel development expertise, brand-building

capabilities, and commercial leadership to create sustainable competitive advantage and accelerate revenue growth.
