We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SEO & AI Search Strategist to lead our organic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, backlink strategy, and the evolving landscape of AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity.

This role requires someone who can build and execute SEO strategies that generate qualified business leads while improving search visibility across both traditional and AI search engines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies focused on qualified organic growth.
- Drive improvements in keyword rankings, organic traffic, and inbound lead generation.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement optimization recommendations.
- Optimize website architecture, landing pages, blogs, and internal linking.
- Build and execute high-quality backlink acquisition strategies.
- Improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms through structured data, entity optimization, and AI SEO best practices.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams.




- Track competitor strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Mentor junior SEO team members.

Required Skills

- 5-7 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Content SEO.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, Professional Services, or Consulting businesses.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush
- Looker Studio

- Understanding of AI Search Optimization, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Entity SEO, and Structured Data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
