Job Summary:

The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dialysis centre, ensuring smooth clinical, administrative, and customer service functions. The role requires maintaining high standards of patient care, team coordination, and operational efficiency in alignment with NephroPlus policies, quality protocols, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure seamless daily operations of the dialysis centre.
- Monitor dialysis sessions to ensure adherence to SOPs, clinical quality, and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate with medical, technical, and nursing teams for effective centre functioning.
- Maintain optimal utilisation of manpower, machines, and consumables.
- Oversee housekeeping, hygiene, and infection control practices as per NABH norms.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the dialysis staff, nurses, and technicians.
- Monitor staff attendance, shift scheduling, and discipline.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with HR and training teams for skill enhancement.
- Conduct periodic team meetings and performance discussions.
- Ensure accurate billing and collection of payments as per guidelines. Track revenue, cost, and profitability metrics for the centre.
- Maintain stock levels of consumables and medicines, and prevent pilferage or wastage. Coordinate with vendors and supply chain teams for timely replenishment.




- Ensure full compliance with company policies, NABH standards, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain all operational, HR, and patient-related documentation accurately.
- Support audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformities. Liaise with hospital administration, doctors, and regional leadership for operational alignment.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on centre performance. Highlight operational risks and suggest improvement areas proactively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Graduate in Science / Healthcare / Management (MBA or Hospital Administration preferred).
- 15 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in dialysis or hospital settings.
- Experience in handling multi-disciplinary teams and patient-centric operations
