Job Description

Civil Construction Engineer with experience in rural water supply projects. The role involves execution and supervision of village-level water infrastructure, including pipeline networks, overhead tanks, and distribution systems, ensuring timely and quality delivery in challenging site conditions.

- Supervise in office construction activities for rural water supply schemes
- Execute pipeline laying works, including trenching, jointing, and testing
- Oversee construction of overhead tanks (OHT), ground service reservoirs (GSR), and pump houses
- Coordinate borewell drilling, pump installation, and commissioning activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and technical specifications
- Manage contractors, local labor, and site resources
- Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship
- Monitor daily progress and maintain site records/reports
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and government compliance standards
- Liaise with local authorities, village bodies, and stakeholders
