Export Manager GCC (Industry FMCG/Dairy / Pizza Cheese)

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Reporting To: Director

To lead and execute Dairy Crafts export business development and operations for GCC markets. The role will be responsible for distributor appointment, pricing strategy, regulatory coordination, logistics management, and end-to-end shipment execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development UAE & GCC

• Identify, evaluate, and appoint distributors/importers in UAE and GCC. • Develop Horeca-focused go-to-market strategy.

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.

• Build and manage export sales pipeline.

• Participate in international trade exhibitions and buyer meetings.

2. Commercial & Pricing Strategy

• Prepare export pricing models and landed cost analysis.

• Define MOQs, distributor margins, and credit structures.

• Negotiate commercial terms and payment conditions (LC, Advance, DP).

• Drive export revenue growth and volume targets.

3. Export Operations & Compliance

• Manage end-to-end export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO,



Health Certificate, FSSAI compliance).

• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.

• Oversee reefer container shipments and temperature compliance.

• Ensure regulatory approvals and product registrations in UAE/GCC.

• Monitor shipment timelines and payment collections.

4. Performance Management

• Achieve monthly and quarterly export volume targets.

• Ensure healthy distributor relationships and payment discipline.

• Build reporting dashboards for export performance.

5. Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in international sales/export (Food/Dairy preferred).

• Mandatory experience handling UAE/GCC markets. • Hands-on experience with reefer shipments.

• Robust understanding of export documentation & regulatory compliance.

• Existing network with UAE food importers/distributors preferred.

• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and execution-focused.
