Position Overview: The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Eazly store in Gurugram (Sector 37D). This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage inventory, staff, and customer satisfaction while ensuring smooth store functioning.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Store Management: Supervise overall store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track product movement, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory.
- Stock Maintenance: Ensure proper storage, handling, and replenishment of goods to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
- Conflict Management: Handle staff and customer disputes professionally, fostering a positive work setting and customer experience.
- Store Responsibilities: Oversee cash handling, billing accuracy, store cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.
