Real Capital Ventures is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with experience in the residential real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating high-quality leads through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns to support the sales team with qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality residential real estate leads within the target CPL.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
- Create and manage campaign budgets effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.




- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Work closely with the creative team for ad creatives and landing pages.

Requirements

- 25 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Mandatory experience in Residential Real Estate.
- Robust knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and GTM.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization.
- Basic understanding of SEO.
- Experience working in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm is an added advantage.
