Summary:Seeking an IAM qualified with 6-7 years of experience, specializing in ForgeRock AM, ForgeRock IDM, and ForgeRock DS. Proficient in SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth), troubleshooting, and production support.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and maintain ForgeRock AM across various environments.- Provide production support, perform debugging, and resolve Priority 1 and 2 incidents.- Develop and enforce policies for SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and MFA.- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)



and propose problem management strategies.- Deliver service activity reports and ensure smooth IAM operations.- Collaborate with stakeholders for IAM integrations and continuous enhancements.Professional & Technical

Skills:
- - Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS, and policy enforcement.- Deep understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SOAP, and WS-Security.- Skilled in Java, JavaScript, and API development.- Proficient in LDAP, Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and application server environments.- Experienced in RCA, debugging, and resolving high-priority issues.- Proven ability to optimize IAM systems and provide effective break-fix support.

Additional Information:- IAM or ForgeRock certifications are a plus.- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.- Willing to take on complex IAM challenges and support ongoing improvements.
