Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant with 5+ years of expertise in Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation (Core & Advanced), Talent Management, and Recruiting.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in at least two end-to-end Workday implementations or equivalent production support engagements.

Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules, gathering business requirements, conducting stakeholder workshops, preparing functional design documents, and translating business needs into scalable Workday solutions.

The consultant will configure business processes such as Hire, Change Job, Compensation, and Recruiting workflows, while ensuring appropriate security, approvals, and notifications.

The role also involves developing advanced reports, calculated fields, and dashboards,



ensuring data accuracy, supporting integrations with payroll, advantages, and recruiting systems, and participating in unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.

Candidates should also support Workday R1/R2 releases, perform impact analysis, troubleshoot functional issues, and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills: Strong functional expertise in Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting, with experience across multiple HCM modules.

Active Workday Core HCM Certification is mandatory, while certifications in Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, or Talent Management are preferred.
