- We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter with 14 years of experience in both Contract Staffing and Permanent Staffing.
- The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling end-to-end IT recruitment across various technologies.
- Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract and Permanent positions.
- Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates'' technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers accurately.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Meet individual hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT) for closures.




- Required Skills 14 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in both Contract Staffing and Permanent Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the IT hiring lifecycle and various technology skill sets.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, etc.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
- Preferred Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with IT staffing or consulting companies is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
