Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all aspects of the OPD pharmacy & store operations.
- Lead and motivate a team of pharmacy staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing pharmaceutical operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring stock levels.
- Monitor prescription filling processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and health-related inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working workplace.
- Collaborate with pharmacy management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new medications, and changes in regulations affecting pharmacy operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 8 to 12 years (Pharmacy Background)
Qualification: D. Pharma / B. Pharma / Any Graduate
