Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused candidates for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, verifying account details, resolving queries related to orders, billing, and basic troubleshooting, while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

SAL upto 5lpa

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from international customers
- Verify customer and account information accurately
- Resolve queries related to orders, billing, and basic issues
- Maintain explicit and accurate notes in CRM
- Achieve CSAT, AHT, and Quality targets

Requirements:

- Clear English communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge




- Comfortable working rotational shifts and weekly offs

Nice to Have:

- Prior BPO/International Voice experience
- Neutral accent and strong customer handling skills
