Job Purpose Description

To support the die design and manufacturing cell by assisting in maintece, reliability, and upkeep of CNC machines, vacuum furnaces, and automation systems in CDS. The role contributes to ensuring machine readiness, supporting technology implementation, and maintaining process consistency to enable highquality die manufacturing and extrusion performance.
The position focuses on executing preventive and breakdown maintece, supporting documentation, and ensuring availability of critical spares for uninterrupted operations.

- Ensuring high uptime of advanced CNC machines, conventional machines, vacuum furnaces, auxiliary equipment, and utilities such as compressors, chillers, EOT cranes, and HVAC through timely maintece support.
- Basic understanding and troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems .
- Assisting in the maintece of critical machine components such as sensors, encoders, bearings, gearboxes, pumps,



and compressors.
- Supporting preventive and predictive maintece activities through effective execution.
- Maintaining proper documentation of maintece and quality records (calibration records, PM records, checklists, epermit system, material procurement, inspections, etc. ).
- Ensuring availability and tracking of critical spares to prevent downtime.
- Assisting in breakdown diagnosis and implementation of corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
- Coordinating with OEMs for AMC visits, breakdown support, and preventive maintece activities .
