Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, or accounts
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Follow company policies and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and CSAT
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in rotational / night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge

Experienced Candidates





- 6 months 5 years in International Voice / Customer Support
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in handling global customers (US/UK/AU) preferred
- Ability to handle high call volumes and pressure situations
