Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across levels
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Schedule and manage interviews with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hiring




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Support employer branding and recruitment drives
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure 3 quality submissions per day with a target of 1 hire per month.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Good understanding of recruitment life cycle
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
