Job Summary:

Zentex IT LLC is looking for an energetic and results-driven US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market our bench of experienced IT consultants across the United States. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients, with a proven track record of successful consultant placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD, TN Visa holders) to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Generate daily requirements through existing vendor relationships and business development efforts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and hiring managers.
- Match consultants to client requirements based on technical skills, availability, and project needs.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate contract rates, and close placements.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure quick turnaround on client requirements.
- Maintain consultant profiles, resumes, submission records, interview schedules, and placement reports.
- Utilize Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, Ceipal,



and other ATS/CRM tools effectively.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with consultants and vendors to maximize placement opportunities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate documentation throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales or US IT Staffing.
- Excellent understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience working with consultants on H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD, and TN visas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS, CRM systems, and job portals.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience using JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar ATS platforms.
- Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment types.
- Existing vendor contacts and a strong placement history will be an added advantage.

- Daily vendor outreach and follow-ups.
- Weekly consultant submissions.
- Interview scheduling and conversion rate.
- Monthly consultant placements.
- Revenue generated from placements.
- Bench utilization percentage.
- Vendor acquisition and retention.
