Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and experienced HR professionals to join our Recruitment Team.

Open Positions

- HR Recruiter
- HR Recruitment Lead

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, social media, and job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Achieve hiring targets within the given timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred).
- HR Recruiter: 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience.
- HR Recruitment Lead:



4 to 8 years of recruitment experience with team handling exposure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in volume hiring and manufacturing recruitment will be an added advantage.

Work Location

- Mathur (Sriperumbudur)
- Oragadam
