Position - Cluster Sales Manager (CSM) Affordable Home Loans

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 5- 7 yrs exp. in Home Loans / LAP
- Stable profile (no frequent job changes)
- Nagpur-based with solid Vidarbha market knowledge
- Experience in channel sourcing & team handling
- Proven track record in high disbursement targets

Role & Responsibilities:

- Drive Affordable Home Loan / LAP business across assigned territory
- Achieve monthly disbursement & revenue targets
- Manage and expand sourcing channels (DSA, connectors, builders)
- Lead, train, and monitor sales team performance
- Ensure quality sourcing as per credit & compliance guidelines
- Build strong relationships with customers & channel partners
- Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor portfolio quality and resolve customer issues

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/MBA with 510 years in Home Loans / LAP / Affordable Housing Finance
- Strong experience in channel sourcing (DSA / Builder network)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Good knowledge of local market (Vidarbha for Nagpur – CSM role)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
