Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, or a related field, with hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and data interpretation skills to support effective decision-making.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Proficiency in standard business tools, including Excel and ERP or procurement systems, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.





Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Experience with category management or strategic sourcing initiatives, along with knowledge of procurement best practices and process optimization.
- Familiarity with supplier risk management and compliance controls, with the ability to support effective and compliant procurement processes.
- Strong data analysis capabilities using advanced Excel or other analytics tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization.
