- Organize workflow and execute production as per planned schedules
- Contribute in Production Planning as and when required
- Report achieved production in the system and strive to achieve 100% of the planned production
- Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
- Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all components
- Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Oversee production processes, supervise production workers and technicians and provide guidance and feedback
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Champion a program for the implementation and sustainment of a continuous improvement culture
- Introduce current systems and procedures where appropriate
- Ensure that health and safety requirements are met
- Ensure that IMS is maintained in correctness and in spirit
- Act on positive or negative feedback from customers and other interested parties
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
- Any other responsibilities as given by management
