Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the collateral management process for securities lending operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for margin funding and mutual funds.
- Oversee the daily activities of the team responsible for managing collateralized trades, including monitoring risk exposure and identifying potential issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies for optimizing revenue streams through effective utilization of collateral assets.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in a similar role within investment banking or securities lending.
- Strong understanding of collateral management, margin funding, mutual funds, and securities lending concepts.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to establish solid client connections.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex financial transactions.
