About the Role:

We are an exclusive diamond maison based out of Chandigarh, where every transaction is as elegant as the jewellery we offer. As a Retail Store Cashier, you will be the final touchpoint in our clients luxury experienceensuring seamless, discreet, and professional handling of all financial transactions. This role demands precision, trustworthiness, and a polished demeanour, as you’ll be managing high-value purchases with the same care and respect as our most prized pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process all cash, card, UPI, and bank transfer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle high-value purchases with discretion and professionalism.
- Operate and maintain the POS system, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly.
- Prepare and balance the daily cash register, reconciling totals with sales records.
- Issue receipts, invoices, and gift wrapping with attention to detail.
- Assist clients in executing the transaction seamlessly.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and transaction details.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover from consultation to payment.
- Uphold the showroom’s luxury standards in every interaction.

Work Environment:

- Showroom: Sant Ram’s, SCO 40, Sector 17E, Chandigarh, India
- Shifts: Retail hours (10 AM–8 PM, including weekends and festive seasons). 1 Day weekly off, as per roster.
