Role & responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute factory construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage all civil works including industrial buildings, warehouses, offices, roads, foundations, drainage systems, boundary walls, and utility infrastructure.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, cost estimates, and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with engineering standards and company requirements.
- Inspect ongoing work and identify any technical or quality issues, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Verify contractor bills, material quantities, and project measurements.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.
- Maintain project documentation, daily progress reports, and site records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at construction sites.




- Coordinate procurement of construction materials and monitor inventory requirements.
- Assist management in planning future expansion projects and facility improvements.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and project timeline.
- Provide technical support for maintenance, renovation, and repair of company buildings and infrastructure.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial, factory, or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, steel structures, industrial buildings, and infrastructure development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good understanding of project planning, estimation, quantity surveying, and site execution.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety regulations.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn Portuguese.
