We are seeking a skilled and experienced Massager / Spa Therapist with a strong background in acupressure and Ayurvedic therapies. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in traditional wellness treatments and demonstrate a deep understanding of therapeutic healing techniques. The role is based in Ghana, West Africa, and requires a professional who can deliver high-quality wellness services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various types of massages and body therapies with a focus on acupressure techniques.
- Deliver Ayurvedic treatments such as Basti, Panchakarma, and Shirodhara as per client requirements.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate therapies for relaxation, pain relief, and wellness.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper setup of therapy rooms and equipment.
- Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction during all sessions.
- Educate clients on post-therapy care and wellness practices.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain records of treatments provided and client preferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in spa / wellness centers.
- Strong knowledge of Acupressure (mandatory/preferred).
- Understanding of Ayurvedic therapies including:
- Basti
- Panchakarma
- Shirodhara
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Physically fit and capable of performing therapy sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in Ayurveda / Spa Therapies / Massage Therapy.
- Prior international work experience will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate to Ghana (West Africa).

Contract Term: 2 Years (it can be renewed with the consent of both the parties.)
