Role & responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, and social media.

Assist customers with product information, order status, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and service teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Process replacement, refund, and cancellation requests as per company policies.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of their concerns.

Escalate complex issues to relevant departments whenever necessary.

Meet customer satisfaction (CSAT), response time, and resolution time targets.

Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products and customer experience.

Required Skills





Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are an added advantage).

Strong customer handling and conflict resolution skills.

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude with robust interpersonal skills.
