- Manage end-to-end client accounts in US IT Staffing
- Work closely with Clients/ Vendors to understand hiring requirements
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery
- New business development and lead generation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ensure quality submissions and closures
- Maintain strong Vendor-client relationships & communication
Required Skills:
- Experience in any industry (Preferably in US IT Staffing)
- Good client handling & communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Positive understanding of IT roles & technologies
- Ability to manage multiple requirements & priorities
Qualification:
- Graduate (Technical Degree, MCA or MBA preferred)
