Job Summary: -

The Quality Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems throughout the PEB manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with project specifications, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC systems for PEB fabrication.

- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Supervise incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.

- Monitor fit-up, welding, dimensional accuracy, blasting, painting, and final dispatch inspections.

- Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to resolve quality issues.

- Maintain inspection reports, material test certificates (MTCs), welding records, and quality documentation.





- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Minimize rework, rejection, and customer complaints.

- Lead internal quality audits and support customer and third-party inspections.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AWS, IS, and other applicable quality standards.

Required Skills: -

- Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, welding inspection, dimensional inspection, blasting and painting inspection, quality documentation, and ERP systems.

- Valuable understanding of IS, AWS, and structural steel quality standards.
