About the Role: We are seeking a Knowledgeable and customer focussed Tour Consultant to assist clients in planning & booking exceptional spiritual travel experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding customer prospectives, and assist enquires and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Tele calling

- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences etc




- Recommend suitable tour packages, destinations, & itineraries
- Maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide information for up sales and cross sales
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction & resolve issues promptly

Requirements & Qualifications:
Multilingual (Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, & English other languages are add on)

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Customer oriented with robust attention to detail
- Must be a vegetarian
- Willingness to work in a devotional and spiritual ecosystem
- Solid motivation to grow within the organization
