Job Title: Recruiter Intern

Role Overview:
We're looking for a Recruiter Intern to support our hiring team by sourcing candidates, screening resumes and coordinating the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
