Urgent Hiring ITI Plant Operator / Refinery Operator

Location: Nuzvid, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Plant Status: Recent Tallow Refinery Facility (Operations Starting August 2026)

We are hiring experienced ITI Plant Operators for a new Tallow Refinery Plant. The role involves operating refinery equipment, monitoring the process, maintaining production records, and following safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate pumps, tanks, steam systems, valves, and separators.
- Transfer and heat crude tallow during the refining process.
- Prepare and handle caustic soda (NaOH) solution.
- Operate refinery equipment and monitor temperature, pressure, and process parameters.
- Operate centrifugal separator (Alfa Laval experience preferred).
- Maintain production log sheets and daily reports.




- Perform basic equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
- Follow SOPs, safety rules, and PPE requirements.

Requirements:

- ITI qualification preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience as Plant Operator / Process Operator / Refinery Operator.
- Experience in tallow refinery, edible oil refinery, chemical plant, or process industry preferred.
- Knowledge of pumps, valves, steam lines, tanks, and process equipment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and relocate to Nuzvid, Vijayawada.

Preferred Experience: Tallow Refinery / Edible Oil Refinery / Alfa Laval Separator Operation.
