Hiring: Phlebotomist | Bangalore | Full-Time

We are building a premium, multi-specialty clinic network in Bangalore and are looking for a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. This is more than sample collection you will ensure patient comfort, accurate labelling, timely reporting, and contribute to overall patient experience.

What You’ll Do:

- Perform venipuncture and sample collection (adult & paediatric) with accuracy and care.
- Ensure correct labelling, barcoding, and sample integrity to prevent rejections.
- Maintain station hygiene, consumable stock, and sharps disposal.
- Guide patients on pre-test requirements and ensure a stress-free collection experience.
- Report critical lab parameters immediately to doctors and follow up with the central lab for timely report delivery.
- Collect patient feedback (NPS) and escalate concerns to improve care.
- Maintain accurate logs of sample counts,



rejections, incidents, and critical alerts.
- Who We’re Looking For:

- DMLT / Certified Phlebotomy training.
- 1–5 years’ experience in diagnostics, clinics, or hospital settings.
- Solid phlebotomy technique with empathy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle peak-hour throughput without compromising quality.
- Calm, qualified approach with good communication skills.
