Key Responsibilities

- Lead shift production to achieve safety, quality, and production targets.
- Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules from the monthly plan.
- Ensure smooth press shop operations and compliance with production and safety standards.
- Improve productivity, reduce costs, and maintain safety stock levels.
- Coordinate raw material availability to prevent line stoppages.
- Support TPM, TQM, 5S, ISO, OHSAS, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and develop shop floor manpower while maintaining discipline.
- Prepare daily MIS and production reports, including RCA and performance analysis.
- Troubleshoot sheet metal press shop, progressive line, tool, and machine issues.




- Manage spare parts and use SAP/Oracle ERP for production-related activities.
